GRASS Full Extension Ball Bearing Drawer Slides

If you prefer the smooth operation and slight opening resistance provided by a high-quality ball bearing drawer slide, you are going to love these. They have a 100-pound capacity, feature full extension, are only 1/2" thick, and have a convenient fingertip slide release. When it’s time to remove a drawer, pull the drawer release lever on the outside of each slide to quickly and efficiently separate the drawer from the cabinet slide.
These slides can be mounted in Euro style cabinets, or in face frame cabinets using optional front and rear brackets. Bright zinc finish. Slides mount with #8 pan or washer head screws ordered seperately. Discounts are for 15 pair of same part number. Imported.

Available slide lengths are 10,12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 inches.

The drawer height must be at least 1/2” less than the height of the cabinet opening.

For drawer width, deduct 1 1/16” from the total cabinet opening width.

Drawer Front Adjusters Kit

Drawer Front Adjusters B295.100 20mm Diameter, 10.5mm Drill Depth. Ideal fitting for drawer stacks where drawer alignment is critical. Works with any four-sided drawer, provides adjustment in all directions. Provides an easy drawer alignment without having to adjust the drawer runners. If permanent fastening is required, fasten drawer front to box front with drywall screw from back. Fitting is pressed into bored hole in the back of the drawer front and attached with a standard 8/32 machine screw to the drawer box. Two fittings are recommended for each drawer to allow for adequate adjustments. Sold per each.

Drawer Slide Installation Jig

EURO Uniguide - drawer guide locating tool. For installation of all brands of drawer slides. Constructed to 0.005" tolerance for accurate positioning. Infinite vertical adjustment. Insalls 1 to 4 regular or full extension slides with no layout marks required. Each set coms with aluminum guide rails and four polycarbonate templates attached with thumb screws. Each template has a slot to accomodate a ceramic composite drill guide bushing whuch can be located anywhere within the range of the slot.

Note: Designed to be used with self-centering tool, bits sold separately.
